Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://storyfirststudios.co (the "Site") and any communications you receive from [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], doing business as Story First Studios ("Story First Studios", "we", "us"). By using the Site or sending us a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Our services

Story First Studios provides marketing and lead generation services to local service businesses, including advertising, landing pages, lead follow-up and appointment scheduling. The Site describes those services and lets you request a strategy call. Sending a request does not create a client relationship. Any paid services are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Story First Studios.

Text messaging terms

Program name. Story First Studios Appointment Reminders.

What you will receive. If you opt in, we send text messages that confirm and remind you of appointments you have scheduled or requested with Story First Studios, such as strategy calls. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on the Site and submitting the form with your mobile number. The box is optional and is never checked for you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with the appointments you schedule.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Story First Studios does not charge for these messages.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you opt in again.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, call [PHONE NUMBER], or email [CONTACT EMAIL].

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Your number. You confirm that you are the subscriber or regular user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old. Tell us if your number changes.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Using the Site

You agree to give accurate information when you contact us and not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or submit information that belongs to someone else without permission.
  • Interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit automated or spam requests.
  • Copy, scrape or reuse Site content except as these Terms allow.

Intellectual property
